Do you suffer from anxiety
or panic attacks?

If so, you are not alone. It is said that over 10% of the population will suffer at some point in their lives.

The Way Out Society is a group of people who meet up once a fortnight who are suffering or have suffered anxiety at some point in their lives.

Anxiety can affect anyone and can have a devastating impact on one’s life. Anxiety is a normal response to stress or danger but becomes a problem when it is experienced intensely and persistently interferes with a persons life. Depression is connected to anxiety as sufferers become depressed because they are anxious and are unable to do the things they want to do.

Many suffer in silence, wondering what has happened to them and unfortunately have not been given an explanation from their doctor. Understanding the condition is the first step to recovery and yes recovery is possible.
